Anne Trapp, APRN, AGPCNP-C

Anne Trapp, AGPCNP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of nursing experience across a variety of clinical settings. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and completed her Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Texas at Arlington. Anne is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on health promotion, chronic disease management, and helping patients achieve their long-term wellness goals.
