Misa Wilcox, APRN, FNP-BC

Misa Wilcox, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with additional certification in cardiovascular nursing, bringing decades of experience and heart-centered care to her patients. She began her nursing career in 1994 at a small hospital in Canyon, Texas, and has since served in the coronary care unit, cardiac catheterization lab, and as a nurse manager. Her clinical passions include heart health, cardiovascular disease, congestive heart failure, and supporting patients with chronic conditions such as kidney disease. Misa is especially committed to expanding access to quality care for individuals and families of all ages.

She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, graduating Summa Cum Laude with her undergraduate degree. Misa is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Key International Honor Society, and Sigma Theta Tau International Society of Nursing, reflecting her dedication to excellence in both practice and leadership.
