Randal "Randy" Brown, MD
Dr. Randal “Randy” Brown has practiced Family Medicine since 2001. His work is centered on outpatient care, and much of it is with older adults. He attended Abilene Christian University and The University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, where he earned his medical degree. He joined this practice in 2007 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. At only five years old, Dr. Brown knew he wanted to be a doctor. Dr. Brown believes patients tend to know themselves best, which is why he engages in shared decision-making between doctor and patient.
Dr. Brown is a co-founder and board member of Rivertree Academy, a non-profit school in Como that he helped start in 2013 and served as board chairman during its early growth. He and his wife have seven children. Outside the clinic, he enjoys reading, fishing, and visiting bookstores with his wife.
