Palm Primary Care Expands in Tarrant County with Acquisition of Two Clinics in Azle

FORT WORTH, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)– March 24, 2026–Palm Primary Care (“Palm”), part of the MBF Healthcare Partners II, L.P. (“MBF”) portfolio and affiliated with Florida-based Palm Medical Centers, has acquired two primary care clinics in Azle, Texas, from Texas Health Physicians Group. This acquisition expands Palm’s Texas footprint to nine clinics in Tarrant and Dallas Counties and further strengthens the company’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality primary care to North Texas residents. The transaction reflects Palm’s continued growth strategy in the region and its commitment to expanding access to high-quality primary care through targeted acquisitions.
